腹部彩超在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和研究运用腹部彩超诊断急性阑尾炎的临床应用效果。方法整群选择自2014年2月—2015年1月1年间,确诊并在该院实施医治的190例该病症的患者,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组95例。对照组采用单纯性的临床诊断,而对于观察组,则采用单纯性临床联合彩超诊断,然后记录和研究比较两组患者诊断结果的准确率。结果对照组患者中,有71例症状表现为WBC计数指标升高以及下腹压痛与反跳痛的典型体征的共71例,符合率为74.73%;观察组患者中,诊断结果与手术病理诊断相符合有89例,诊断符合率为93.68%。从结果看,观察组患者的诊断符合率明显高于对照组,该两组患者的诊断符合率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.998,P<0.05)。结论对于急性阑尾炎患者,运用腹部彩超结合临床诊断检查,可明显提升诊断的准确率,非常值得在临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods During January February 2014 to 2015 years, 190 cases of the disease patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 95 cases in each group, which in the hospital implementation of curing. The control group was used by simple clinical diagnosis, and the observation group was used by the simple clinical combined color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, and then to record and study on comparing two groups of patients with the diagnosis accuracy. Results In the control group of patients, 71 patients with symptoms is an elevated WBC count index and lower abdominal tenderness and rebound tenderness typical signs, a total of 71 cases, in line with the rate was 74.73%; in the observation group patients, diagnosis results and surgical pathology diagnosis consistent with 89 cases, diagnostic accordance rate was 93.68%. From the results, the observation group of patients with diagnostic rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the diagnosis of the two groups of patients with contrast ratio, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05, χ2=15.998). Conclusion For patients with acute appendicitis, the use of abdominal ultrasonography combined with clinical diagnosis, can significantly improve the accurate diagnosis rate, it is very worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
