霉酚酸酯联合激素治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对霉酚酸酯(MMF)联合激素治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的效果进行分析探讨。方法将整群选取该院2013年1月—2014年11月收治的66例成人紫癜性肾炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组33例患者以泼尼松治疗,观察组33例患者采用MMF联合泼尼松治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗有效率为93.94%,对照组的治疗有效率为78.79%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前后的血尿素氮、尿红细胞数、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白改善指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.06%,两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对成人紫癜性肾炎采用MMF联合激素治疗具有安全性高、效果显著等优点,在临床上值得推广借鉴。Objective To mycophenolate mofetil(MMF) analysis combined with hormone therapy for adult purpura nephritis effect.Methods 66 cases of adult purpura nephritis in our hospital from January 2011 to November 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group(33 cases) patients to pour prednisone in the treatment, observation group(33cases) were treated with MMF and prednisone, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and no adverse reaction incidence. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%, the effective rate of the observation group was 78.79%,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The blood urea nitrogen, urine red blood cell number, serum creatinine and 24 h urine protein improvement index were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05). Conclusion MMF combined with hormone therapy for adult purpura nephritis with high security, effect and other advantages, in clinical practice, it is worth to promote for reference.
