摘　　要：目的研究超声检查对脾脏结核的诊断价值。方法整群选取该院自2012年5月—2014年5月收治的脾脏结核患者55例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察超声检查的成像及诊断结果。结果该组55例患者,超声诊断检查结果与病理诊断结果符合的患者42例,超声的诊断准确率76.36%,漏诊13例,漏诊率23.64%。根据不同病理时期所呈现的声像图临床特点,将其进行分型,I弥漫结节型患者41例,II实性团块型患者5例,III钙化型患者9例。结论超声检查对脾脏结核的诊断具有很高的价值,但脾结核各病理分期表现不同,需要注意进行鉴别诊断,提高检测准确率。Objective To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound examination of spleen tuberculosis. Methods In our hospital from May 2012- the spleen TB patients admitted in May 2014, 55 cases clinical data were retrospectively analyzed results of observation imaging and diagnostic ultrasound. Results The group of 55 patients, ultrasound diagnostic findings in patients with pathology results for 42 patients, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound 76.36%, 13 cases of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate of 23.64%. Depending on the periods presented pathological sonographic clinical features, which were classified, I diffuse nodules in 41 patients, five cases of patients with type II solid mass, III calcified 9 patients. Conclusion Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of splenic tuberculosis has a high value, but splenic tuberculosis each staging behave differently, we need to pay attention to the differential diagnosis, improve the detection accuracy.
