160例稽留流产相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析稽留流产的相关影响因素。方法整群选取该院2013年2月—2014年4月收治的异常阴道流血患者1 140例,其中出现稽留流产的患者有160例,占总数的14.03%。对160例孕妇的一般信息,病理资料进行分析整合,分析引起稽留流产的因素。统计160例孕妇的年龄、流产次数、孕前检查以及取环术停服避孕药后的时间等所占总数比例,分析稽留流产与上述因素之间的关系。结果稽留流产的影响因素包括胚胎因素,感染因素和免疫因素,产妇年龄在30岁以上稽留流产的发生率明显高于30岁以下的患者。产妇流产次数在2次以上的稽留流产率明显高于流产1次的患者。取环术停服避孕药后间隔时间在6个月以下的稽留流产率明显高于6个月以上的患者。结论稽留流产的发生因素非常多,要减少稽留流产的发生率就要严格进行孕前检查,加大孕前检查的力度。Objective To analyze the influencing factors related to missed abortion. Methods 1140 cases with abnormal vaginal bleeding admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2014 were selected, of them, 160 cases had missed abortion, accounting for 14.03%. The general information and pathological data of the 160 cases with missed abortion were analyzed and integrated. The factors causing missed abortion were analyzed. The proportion of age, times of miscarriages, pre-pregnancy check, and time of stopping to take birth control pills after the removal of intrauterine device in the 160 cases was counted. And the correlation between missed abortion and the above factors were analyzed. Results The influencing factors of missed abortion included embryonic factors, infectious factors and immune factors. The incidence of missed abortion was much higher in the puerperants over30 years old than in those under 30 years old, P<0.05. The incidence of missed abortion was obviously higher in the puerperants with more than 2 times of abortion than in those with 1 time of abortion. The incidence of missed abortion was significantly higher in the puerperants with less than 6 months than in those with over 6 months after stopping to take birth control pills after the removal of intrauterine device, P <0.05. Conclusion Many factors can cause missed abortion. In order to reduce the incidence of missed abortion, pre-pregnancy check should be strengthened and performed strictly.
