摘　　要：目的研究B超检查对早期脾脏破裂的价值。方法整群抽选2014年7月—2015年7月临床早期脾破裂患者58例展开研究,行B超检查,对其B超形态特征进行对比分析。结果脾脏破裂主要征象为实质的回声异常,无腹腔积血者为包膜下血肿,脾脏真性破裂者为腹腔积血,血肿直径(4.2±2.1)cm,出血量(2168.5±642.4)m L。结论 B超对早期脾破裂患者行检查可清晰展现脾破裂形态,临床以此为依据确诊早期脾破裂,提高确诊率。Objective To study the value of B ultrasonic examination for early spleen rupture. Methods 58 patients with rupture of spleen were selected in July 2014- July 2014 early clinical study of, do B to exceed check, the B ultra morphological characteristics were analyzed. Results The main sign is the echo of the essence of abnormal spleen rupture, subcapsular hematoma is no hemoperitoneum, true spleen rupture as hemoperitoneum, hematoma(4.2 ±2.1) cm in diameter, the bleeding(2168.5±642.4) m L. Conclusion Ultrasound in patients with early spleen rupture line examination can clearly show the spleen rupture forms, clinical based on early diagnosis of splenic rupture, and increase diagnosis rate.
