摘　　要：本文从经营战略的高度 ,分析了负债经营的必要性、重要性和可行性。在市场经济条件下 ,积极主动运用负债的经济杠杆机制 ,实施创新经营 ,将促使医院高起点、超常规、快节奏的发展。From view of the managing strategy, the author analyzes the necessity, importance and feasibility of the liability management. And believes under the circumstance of the market economy, carrying out the innovation management with the liability will promote the development of the hospital.
