摘　　要：为探讨影响医疗质量的因素 ,笔者随机抽查了某医院 2 197份出院病案 ,对影响医疗质量的环节因素作了调查分析 ;并针对存在的问题 。To discuss the factors influencing the medical treatment quality, the author checked 2 197 cases in the certain hospital, and analyzed the link factors influencing the medical treatment quality, and put forward the correspond countermeasures.
