摘　　要：本文对新的《医疗事故处理条例》(简称《条例》)实施后医院应采取的对策进行了阐述 ,强调了加强《条例》的学习 ,重视医疗文书书写和证据保存 。It is expounded in this article that the hospital should adopt the countermeasure after carrying out new 'Medical Negligence Handing Regulation'( abbreviation 'Regulations'), and stress the study to strengthen 'Regulations ', and attaches importance to that the medical treatment document writing and the evidence preserved, and strengthen the law knowledge training and strengthen the quality superintend, and so on.
