摘　　要：为了摸清医疗纠纷形成的规律 ,本文对 4 6例医疗纠纷形成的原因进行了调查分析 ,找出了一些规律 。To understand the rule of the medical treatment dispute forming, it is diagnosed in this article that the reasons of the medical treatment dispute forming, some rules are found. The basis should be provided for how to interdict the forming of the medical treatment dispute.
