摘　　要：通过对防汛抢险物资调度子系统需求的分析,确定了防汛抢险物资调度子系统的开发原则,进行了数据库和决策模型的结构、功能的设计,同时给出了图形的网络传输策略,设计了系统主页面及其功能,最后提出了系统具体设计时的改进方向。The developing principle of the materials dispatch subsystem for the flood control and rushing to deal with an emergency was made certain through th e requirement analysis. The structure of the database and the decision models an d the function was designed. The graphic network transmission strategy and the m ain page layout of the subsystem were given. The modification direction was put forward.
