达斡尔族儿童发中5种金属元素含量与年龄变化的关系研究

摘　　要：研究了达斡尔族1～14岁健康儿童发中5种金属元素含量随年龄增长的变化.结果显示,锌(男、女)、铁(男)含量呈明显上升趋势,铁(女)和铜、镁、钙(男)含量呈下降趋势;铜(女)含量随年龄变化有保持稳定的趋势;镁、钙(女)含量表现为先上升再下降.钙和镁含量的变化趋势非常相似,男童在4～10岁表现为明显的有规律波动,女童在6～8岁年龄段出现明显的钙和镁的含量高峰.此外,这种明显的规律性波动还见于男童5～12岁年龄段的铜含量.随年龄增长元素含量的变化趋势存在明显的元素间和性别间差异.镁、钙间表现出显著正相关.In this paper,we studied the relationship between metal elements content in hair and the changes of age of children of Daur nationality.As the age increases,the contents of Zn (male and female) and Fe (male) in hair rise obviously.While the contents of Fe (female) and Cu,Mg,Ca (male) are downtrend.As the children grow,the content of Cu (female) in hair is unfaltering.The contents of Mg and Ca (female) rise firstly and then descend.The change tendencies of Ca and Mg are very similar.The changes of these elements content in male hair of children who are from 4 to 10 years are regularly .In female hair,the contents of Ca and Mg have an obviously spike in those who are from 6 to 8 years.In addition,the regularly fluctuate happened in changes of the Cu content in male hair who are from 5 to 12 years.The obviously differences of the metal element content changes in the hair lies in different elements and different sexes.Positive correlation is between Ca and Mg.
