摘　　要：条件接收是数字视频广播中极其关键的一部分。它通过加解扰、加解密、数字视音频压缩、复用、智能卡、机顶盒等技术 ,实现对用户的授权控制和授权管理。Conditional access plays an very important role in the digital video broadcasting. It realizes subscribers' authority and management with technologies of scrambling/descrambling, encryption/decryption, digital video/audio compression and complex, smartcard, STB and so on. This paper analyzes the basic theory of conditional access system in the digital video broadcasting.
