摘 要:对球等鞭金藻(IsochrysisgalbanaParke)3011进行了N、P、Fe、维生素B1、B12等营养试验,通过单因子和正交试验表明:在4种不同氮源中,以NaNO3培养球等鞭金藻最佳,其最佳质量浓度为10g·m-3;2种磷源对球等鞭金藻的影响不显著;在3种铁源中,以FeCl3培养球等鞭金藻为最佳,其最佳质量浓度为0.1g·m-3;在维生素试验中,以维生素B10.1g·m-3和维生素B120.0005g·m-3混合使用最佳.培养液的较佳配方是在天然海水中加入NaNO3—N10g·m-3;NaH2PO4—P1g·m-3;FeCl3—Fe0.1g·m-3;维生素B10.1g·m-3和维生素B120.0005g·m-3.By singlefactor and orthogonal experiment, a study was conducted to determine the effects of different nutrients(containing N,P,Fe,Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12) on the growth of Isochrysis galbana Parke. The results showed that: for the culture of Isochrysis galbana Parke, NaNO3 is the best one in the four different N resources and its optimum massconcentration is 10 g·m-3; two P resources have no marked effect on the growth of Isochrysis galbana Parke; in three different Fe resources, FeCl3 is the best one for the growth of Isochrysis galbana Parke, and its optimum massconcentration is 0.1 g·m-3; in the vitamin test, 0.1 g·m-3 Vitamin B1 mixing with 0.000 5 g·m-3 Vitamin B12 can gain the best result; for culture solution, its better prescription is that the following substances are added in the natural sea water: NaNO3-N 10 g·m-3; NaH2PO4-P 1 g·m-3; FeCl3-Fe 0.1 g·m-3; Vitamin B1 0.1g·m-3; Vitamin B12 0.000 5 g·m-3.
