摘  要:应用Al2 O3基和TiC基陶瓷刀具 ,解决了一系列难加工材料的加工问题。通过陶瓷刀具在 2 5MN镦粗压机和 315 0KN拉伸压机的柱塞、柱塞缸的精加工中以车代磨的试验研究 ,证明利用陶瓷刀具切削能延长刀具使用寿命 ,提高零件已加工表面质量、提高生产效率 ,降低了加工成本 。A series of cutting jobs, which are extremely difficult, have been made by using the new composite ceramic tools of Al 2O 3 based and TiC based. The lathe turning using the new composite ceramic tools was used to replace grinding in finishing machining for the plunger and plunger case of the 25MN heading machine and 3150KN stretching press machine. It has been shown that using the new composite ceramic tools cutting can retard the wear of the tooled parts. The application and popularization of the new ceramic cutting tools and cutting technique will reform the metal machining process, save a large amount of energy and valuable metal and bring economic benefit to society.
