摘 要:白河堡水库是密云水库上游白河干流上跨流域引水工程的首部骨干工程 ,1983年蓄水运用以来 ,在供水、防洪、灌溉、发电和改善水环境等方面发挥了巨大效益。至 1997年水库淤积三角洲前坡已推至输水隧洞洞口前部 ,水库淤积治理已刻不容缓。作者分析了入库水沙特性及库区淤积现状 ,并通过河工模型试验研究了泥沙淤积发展及治理方案。试验表明 ,若按原运用调度方式 ,水库只能继续运用 2年 ,而高水位运用也就能维持约 6年 ,导沙堤方案则可继续运行 2 0年以上 。Constructed in 1973, the Baihepu Reservoir Project has played an important role in flood control, irrigation, hydropower generation, and interbasin diversion. The sedimentation has been influencing the water diversion from the reservoir since 1997. Based on analysis of the oncoming runoff and suspended load, and the sediment distribution of the reservoir, a physical model study is carried out to explore the development and control measures of sedimentation. Three operational schemes are simulated and the results of the study show that the one with sediment guiding dike is much more effective in preventing the water diversion tunnel inlet sedimentation, compared with the other two alternatives, which are the existing operational mode and high water level operational mode. The sediment guiding dike scheme can keep the water diversion project running for more than twenty years or even longer if other reasonable schemes are applied simultaneously.
