摘　　要：本文介绍了摩托车发动机进排气门导管及座圈孔镗铰加工的工艺思路 ,着重介绍了MAPAL先进刀具系统的结构、安装定位特点 ,阐述了使用该系统对机床各部件的要求 。This text introduced that:(1) the technics way of the boring and reaming machine of motoreycle engine cylinder head's inlet and exhaust gateway pipe and seatcircle,(2) the advanced MAPAL cutting tool system structure,fixing and orientation characteristics,(3) the request of using this system ,and (4) the cutting parameter and machining effect.
