气相色谱法测定冰硼散中冰片的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立冰硼散中冰片含量的气相色谱测定法。方法:以醋酸乙酯为溶剂提取冰硼散中的冰片,以10％的PEG-20M为固定相,FID检测器,柱温130℃,以萘为内标物,采用内标法测定。结果:冰片在0.162μg～1.62μg进样量范围内线性相关(r=0.9999),方法回收率为98.72％,RSD=1.9％。结论:该方法准确,灵敏,重现性好。Object: To establish a gas chromatography method for determining borneol in Bingpengpowder,a commonly used patent Chinese medicine. Method: Acetic ether was used as solvent to extract bor-neol from Bingpeng powder. 10% PEG-20M was used as stationary phase, and FID detector was used. Col-umn temperature was 130C. Internal standard method was applied,and naphthalene was used as internalstandard substance. Result: A good linearity was obtained from 0.162—1.62μg(r=0.9999). The mean re-covery was 98.72%, RSD=1.8%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive with good reproducibility.
