摘　　要：用电容放电螺柱焊焊接到铝合金板上的防锈铝螺柱承受剪切力的能力低 ,容易脱落。采用一测试系统测量在不同的操作方法、不同的操作环境以及不同的工艺手段下的螺柱承受剪切力的能力 。When anti corrosive aluminum screw was welded to aluminum alloy board by the capacitive discharge screw welding, its capability of resistance to shear stress would decrease and fall off easily. A test system to test shear stress under different operating methods, different conditions and different technologies was constructed and reasonable effective operating method and technology were obtained.
