摘  要:为了探讨高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质 (FSC)的抗缺氧机制 ,40只SD大鼠随机分为 4组 :1 0 %FSC组、1 0 %FSC缺氧组、空白对照组和空白缺氧组。FSC组和空白组分别用 1 0 %FSC和蒸馏水连续灌胃 3 0d ,剂量为每天 2 0mL kg。灌胃结束后 ,1 0 %FSC缺氧组和空白缺氧组大鼠在 5 0 0 0m海拔高度下 ,连续缺氧 1 5d ,每天 8h ,测定各组大鼠血清一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)活性。结果发现 ,在 5 0 0 0m海拔高度条件下 ,1 0 %FSC在缺氧条件下能显著提高大鼠血清NOS活性和NO含量 (P <0 0 5 )。The fat soluble component (FSC) extracted by means of supercritical fluid extraction from plateau zokor muscle had significant anti-hypoxic function.To explore anti-hypoxic mechanisms of FSC,forty SD rats were divided randomly into four groups,including FSC experimental groups (10% FSC group,10% FSC+hypoxia group) and megative control groups (control group,control+ hypoxia group),the FSC expermental groups and negative control groups were fed with 10% FSC and distilled water respectively,each animal receiving a constant daily does of 20 mL/kg body weight for thirty days consecutively.After finishing the treatment,the hypoxic groups were exposed to hypoxic condition(at the altitude of five thousand meters) eight hours daily for fifteen consecutive days.The activities of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and the contents of nitric oxide (NO) in serum were determined.The results showed that the activities of NOS and the contents of NO increased markedly in serum of 10% hypoxic FSC group compared with that of hypoxic control group at the altitude of five thousand meters.
