摘　　要：讨论了带球头的特种回转铣刀的制造难点 ,提出了解决该加工难点的非数控加工法、新定义方和三轴联动加工方案及其对应的数学模型 。The difficulty in the manufacturing of revolving cutter with Ball end is discussed. The methods of non NC grinding, new definition of cutting edge and 3 axis NC machining and their corresponding mathematical models are proposed to solve the difficulty. The reference to the manufacture of various kinds of revolving cutters with ball end is provided.
