摘　　要：建立了连杆机构运动误差概率分析一般方法的数学模型,为基于概率误差的连杆机构可靠性分析与综合奠定了理论基础。在此基础上,给出了平面四杆机构位置、速度和加速度的误差概率计算公式和一个具体实例的位置、速度及加速度方差曲线。A mathematical model of generalized method for probability analysis of motion error in link mechanism was established,thus settled a theoretical base for the analysis and synthesis of reliability of link mechanism based on probability errors.On the basis of this establishment,the computation formulae of error probability for position,velocity and acceleration of planar four-bar linkage and the variance curve for position,velocity and acceleration of a concrete living example were presented.
