摘  要:研究了采用CaO坩埚真空感应熔炼镍基高温合金过程中脱氮与脱硫行为,发现只用CaO坩埚不能脱硫;结合坩埚壁的XRD分析结果讨论了CaO坩埚脱硫机理;加Al对脱氮有促进作用,对脱硫具有重要作用,加Ti对脱氮有明显不利影响;提高熔炼时真空度是促进脱氮的有力措施。The denitrogenation and desulphurization behavior during refining Ni-base superalloy in VIM by using CaO crucible was studied. It was found that the desulphurization process did not occur by only using CaO crucible. Combining with the results of XRD analysis, the desulphurization mechanism of CaO crucible was proposed. The Al addition had beneficial effect, and played a very important role on desulphurization. And the Ti addition had adverse effect on denitrogenation. It was a powerful measure to increase vacuum level for the denitrogenation process.
