摘  要:边部线状缺陷是影响荫罩框架钢冷轧成品质量的表面缺陷之一。对荫罩框架钢生产工艺、设备进行全面调研,对缺陷宏、微观特征和缺陷中氧化圆点形成机理做了深入的分析研究。研究结果表明,荫罩框架钢冷轧板边部线状缺陷是高温钢坯在热轧粗轧工序划伤后,将氧化铁皮压入沟槽内,在后续的轧制过程中逐渐演变而成。采取有效措施后,使缺陷卷比例由85%下降到7%以下。The sliver defect along the edges of the strip is one of the surface defects that affect the quality of the cold rolled strip for making shadow mask and chassis of TV sets. Based upon a comprehensive investigation into the operation processes and production facilities an in-depth study on the macro and micro characteristics of the defect as well as on the forming mechanism of the round oxide point in the sliver. Results indicate that a sliver defect along the shadow mask and chassis steel strip comes into being step by step as follows: rough hot rolling of the high temperature slab going through the edger causes scratches on the surface of the slab. Some scales are subsequently rolled into the scratches during the followed cold rolling. The percentage of the coil with defects drops sharply down from the original 85 % to below 7 % as soon as soon as some effective measures are taken.
