摘　　要：农业企业是农村经济发展的重要支柱,企业创新能力和管理水平的提高,关键在于建立自主创新体系,加速人才培养和引进,加强“产学研” 结合,注重产业升级和结构调整,建立多元化和社会化的投入体系,大力开发和利用农业信息工程。Agricultural enterprises are the main support for the development of rural economy. It is the key to improving its innovative ability and management level to build autonomous and initiative system, to accelerate training and bringing in telents, to strengthen the integration of industry, university and research, to lay stress in the upgrade of industry and adjustment of structure, to set up multiple and socialized agricultural information engineering.
