摘　　要：通过对娄烦县自然资源、特色农产品的评估,分析了贫困山区开发无公害农产品生产基地的潜力与制约因素,提出了建立无公害农产品基地是贫困山区农业增产、农民增收的模式和途径。In this paper the authors analyse the potential and limiting factors to construct nopollution farm products production base in mountain area and suggest that construction of nopollution farm products base m pooris the mode and the way to increase agricultural production and to rise farmer's income.
