摘　　要：从不同角度分析了模具在金属成形加工中摩擦的特点,介绍了坯料与模具表面各种预处理方法。对模具在加工中所用的各种润滑剂的特点、性能及干膜的组成作了简要的阐述。提出了模具所用润滑剂今后发展的趋势。The facture of friction on the model metals shaping process has been analyzed the metnod of preptreat surface with piece and models has been described.The distinguishing and propertion of lubricant vaniety and constitution of dry film shaping process with models has been explained.The developable trend of lubricant on future with model shaping process has been presented.
