摘　　要：以1925年新桂系主政广西为界,近代广西的农业开发经历了两个阶段:1925年前,广西的对外贸易增长,商业性农产品增长;1925年、尤其是1930年后,新桂系为了增强自身实力,开始进行较大规模的农业开发,取得了一系列成绩。总体看来,近代广西农业开发的水平较低,且受时局和政策的影响较大。The year of 1925, when the New Gui Group began to take charge of Guangxi's government, was a dividing line of the province's agriculture. Before 1925, Guangxi's industry of foreign trade and agricultural products of commerciality increased. But after 1925, especially after 1930, in order to strengthen itself, the New Gui Group launched a more extensive agricultural development and made a series of achievements. However, it seems overall that the modern agricultural development of Guangxi is still in a low level, and it is greatly affected by political and situational policy.
