摘　　要：论述了在期刊的生产和传播过程中编者、作者和读者的关系,即编者、作者和读者互为存在的前提,互相影响,互相制约。没有作者和编者,就不会有读者;同样,没有读者,也不会有作者和编者。This paper discusses the relations a mong editors,authors and readers in the course of production and transmission of the periodicals,th ey are reciprocal precondition for e ach other,and they are influenced on each other and restricted each other.There will no authors and editors without readers,and vice versa.
