海石合剂对过敏性哮喘豚鼠环核苷酸的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察海石合剂对过敏性哮喘豚鼠环核苷酸的影响。方法　应用放射免疫法 ,分别测定过敏性哮喘豚鼠海石合剂治疗组及常规治疗组血浆环核苷酸水平 ,比较其结果。结果　海石合剂治疗后哮喘豚鼠血浆cAMP水平上升 (P <0 .0 1) ,cGMP有所下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,cAMP/cGMP比值显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　海石合剂可通过提高体内cAMP含量 。Objective To observe the influence of Haishi mixture(HSM) on cyclice nucleotide in guinea pigs with allergic asthma.Method The level of serum cyclice nucleotide in normal group,aminophylline group(contrast group) were measured and compared with radioimmunity method.Results After HSM treatment,the serum level of cAMP and cAMP/cGMP increased markedly( P <0.05).Conclusions HSM may increase the intracellular cAMP content and cAMP/cGMP of guinea pigs with allergic asthma,and may treat asthma.
