兰州秦王川盆地生存能力分析

摘　　要：本文从兰州秦王川盆地的主要自然资源分布、社会经济基础、环境稳定程度、区域抗干扰能力等方面分析了其生存能力 ,籍此推测该地区实现可持续发展可能性。总体上 ,该地区的资源贫瘠 ,且限制性强 ,社会经济发展处于低水平阶段 ,区域环境稳定性差 ,对人类活动的反映敏感 ,易受破坏 ,有一定的抗干扰能力 ,但相对于周边地区优势不明显。According the enrichment and distribution of water resources,the economic and social development,the stability in environment and its anti-interference to human's activities,esp.economic ones in the Qinwangchuan basin, the region's existent capacity was discussed, the possibility of the sustainable development and based on the analysis was speculated.As a whole,the region possessed of infrequent natrual resources,esp.water resources fleetly,a changing environment and weak anti-interference.For promoting the region's development, some efforts should be done as following:1) Improving its inner potential,enlarging its environmental capability and insuring benign development of its ecosystem;2)Accomplishing the proper distribution of water resources both inner region and interregion,because it is vital to import lots of water into the region for fulfilling the demand of its development;3)By right of the influence and driving from Lanzhou city ,a big growth pole,the region should improve water-saving industries and as one of suburbs of Lanzhou city it also should give prominence to the corresponding features;4) Controlling the increase of its population,improving their synthesized diathesis and human environment.
