宁夏石嘴山市居民卫生服务需求与利用调查分析

摘　　要：目的　了解石嘴山城市居民卫生服务需求与利用情况。方法　采用两阶段抽样并进行入户调查的方法 ,对石嘴山 3个社区 136 8户家庭进行了调查。结果　居民两周患病率 2 3 38% ,就诊率 16 78% ,住院率 5 87% ;自我医疗和病轻成为未就诊主要原因。居民就诊流向 ,社区和市级医院分别占 4 5 78%和 2 8 33% ;住院分布 ,市级和区级医院各占 6 8 95 %和 17 34%。结论　居民就诊流向趋于合理化 ,有利于资源合理配置 ;同时提出应加快发展针对老年人的社区卫生服务 ,完善医疗保健制度 ,更好地为居民提供公平、合理。Objective To identify the urban residents′ demands and utilization for health services and better deliver community health services in Shizuishan City.Methods An investigation was made among 1368 households in 3 communities by two_stage sampling method.Results The residents′ prevalence rate for two weeks was 23 38%,the consultative rate was 16 28% and the hospitalization rate 5 87% in 2000.The main reasons that patients didn′t see doctor was self_treatment.The frequency of consultation in community health services and tertiary hospital accounted for 45 78% and 28 33%,the frequency of hospitalization in tertiary and municipal hospital accounted for 68 95% and 17 34% respectively.Conclusion The residents′ selection for seeking medical advice is basically normal,however,the community health services and health care system should be further improved so as to provide the aged people with equitable and effective health services in community.
