摘　　要：中国大陆海外留学人员中有相当多的外向型、创新型、复合型和协作型人才 ,他们是各国人才争夺的主要对象。对于这些类型的人才需求 ,是未来人力资源发展的普遍趋势。中国大陆海外留学人员是中国人才资源的重要组成部分 ,是中国现代化建设不可缺少的生力军。中国要实现现代化和中华民族的伟大复兴事业 ,深入研究和探讨中国大陆海外留学人员出现的新特点与回国服务的新亮点 ,无疑具有重要的现实意义。In the circle of academical expatriates from the mainland of China,there are a great number of talented people of many types:overseas_oriented,innovative,multi_disciplined and cooperative.Studying abroad,they are wooed by the institutions of all countries.And there is a foreseeable trend in the demand for employees of these types on the human resource market.These people are important source of qualified personnel for China as well as the new force indispensable to the country's modernization drive.For the purpose of the national modernization and rejuvenation,it is of practical significance to have a close study and examination on the new characteristics of this population and the fresh high lights in their employment available for expatriates who may return.
