摘　　要：目的　研究正常情况下幕上室管膜下静脉在数字减影脑血管造影中的显示率、位置、走行、归流的正常及变异表现 ,为脑内病变累及静脉的诊断提供依据。资料与方法　脑血管造影诊断未见异常 36例 ,男 13例 ,女 2 3例 ,年龄 18～ 6 9岁 ,平均 5 1岁。观察幕上室管膜下静脉的显示率、位置、走行及归流。结果　除海马静脉 ,多数幕上室管膜下静脉在数字减影脑血管造影中的显示率较高。幕上室管膜下静脉表现典型 ,易于识别。多数幕上室管膜下静脉回流位置和丘纹静脉、脑室下静脉起始位置变异较多。结论　通过熟悉幕上室管膜下静脉在数字减影脑血管造影中的显示率及正常表现 ,有利于发现静脉异常 。Objective To study the displaying rate, location, course, drainage, normal appearance and variation of supratentorial subependymal veins on cerebral DSA, to provide diagnostic basis for some intracranial lesions.Materials and Methods The displaying rate, location, course and drainage of supratentorial subependymal veins were observed and analyzed in 36 patients without abnormalities on cerebral DSA, including 13 males and 23 females and aged 18～69 with a mean of 51 years.Results Most supratentorial subependymal veins, except hippocampal vein, had a high displaying rate on cerebral DSA, and could be easily identified owing to their characteristic appearances. Besides, variations of draining site were a common finding in most supratentorial subependymal veins, and variations of the origin of thalamostriate vein and inferior ventricular vein were also frequently seen.Conclusion Familiarity with the displaying rate and normal appearances of supratentorial subependymal veins on cerebral DSA is very helpful for discovering the abnormalities of these veins and for the diagnosis of the diseases.
