摘 要:目的 通过比较 2种不同的扫描层厚对颈动脉多层螺旋CT(MDSCT)成像的影响以期获得合理的扫描参数。资料与方法 随机选择无脑缺血症状或脑梗死患者和有症状者共 4 2例 ,随机分成 1.3mm层厚组和 3.2mm层厚组 ,其他扫描参数不变。采用最大密度投影 (MIP)和容积重建 (VR) 2种后处理成像方法。根据颈动脉血管边缘的清晰度、颈动脉的分支级别显示情况进行综合评分 ,由 2位有经验的放射科医师用盲法评分 ,所有统计工作由SPSS软件完成。结果 2种不同扫描层厚对颈动脉血管成像的总体质量与重建方法有关 ,应用MIP重建时 ,1.3mm层厚组明显优于 3.2mm层厚组。应用VR时 ,两组图像的总体质量均优 ,差别并不明显。结论 多层螺旋CT颈动脉血管成像的总体质量不仅取决于层厚的大小 。Objective To determine the optimal scanning parameters of multiple detector row spiral CT angiography (MDSCTA) for carotid artery by comparing the quality of the images obtained with two scan collimations.Materials and Methods Forty two patients with or without clinical signs of cerebral ischemia or infarction were randomly selected and divided into two groups. During MDSCTA, the collimation of 1.3 mm and 3.2 mm was used for the two groups, respectively. Maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) were used for image reconstruction. Based on the marginal sharpness and the branches of the vessels, a general evaluation of the image quality of the carotid arteries was conducted by two experienced radiologists with blind method. A comparison of the image quality between two groups was made. Statistic analysis was carried out with the software of SPSS.Results For MIP, the image quality of 1.3 mm group was superior to that of 3.2 mm group. For VR, the image quality was excellent in both groups, and no obvious difference was seen between two groups.Conclusion For MDSCTA of carotid artery, the general image quality is not only depends on the size of collimation but also on the way of image reconstruction.
