摘　　要：高校的管理创新不仅是高等教育体制改革的呼唤 ,更是世界科技进步和国际市场竞争的挑战 。New thoughts on management of higher learning institutions is the need of facing the development of world science and international competition.College supervisors should change the traditional management conceptions and bring forth new ideas on the choice of objectives.
