摘　　要：对学报编辑的传统办刊模式和对用现代信息技术办刊的初步尝试的对比分析,说明在知识经济时代,高校学报的发展趋势是用现代信息技术转变学报传统的办刊模式,这是时代的要求、历史的必然。同时进一步提出,编辑必须掌握现代信息技术的紧迫性和艰巨性。By the comparative analysis between the traditional editing mode of academic journals and the first attempt in application of the modern IT editing, we see that in the era of scientific economy,the trend for the academic journals in universities is to convert the traditional editing mode by the modern IT editing techniques. This is the request of our time and the inevitability of historical development as well. Meanwhile, we have made a further request that it be urgent and pain-taking for an editor to master modern information techniques in editing.
