摘　　要：以中国加入WTO为背景,以重庆市为对象,针对WTO与旅游业有关的主要内容,探讨了加入WTO将会给重庆市旅游业带来的增加国际、国内旅游客源、扩大旅游投资等良好机遇,分析了重庆市目前旅行社各自为战的松散状态,饭店业及旅游产品结构不尽合理的现状,提出了加大旅游业招商引资力度、加快旅游行业管理体制改革、完善旅游业相关法规等相应对策建议。Based on the background of Chinas entryWTO, taking Chongqing as the object, in the light of the related contents of WTO brings to the tourism, this paper first analyzes some opportunities for Chongqing, such as the increase of the national and international tourists, the enlargment of tourism investment. It then analyzes the present loose situation caused by each travel ageney acting respectively, the unreasonable product structure in tourism and restaurant. And Finally it puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the dynamics of attracting foreign capital, quickening the reform of management for the tourism, perfecting the related laws and regulations for the tourism, and etc
