摘　　要：对中国加入WTO后半年多的情况进行综合分析,指出WTO/GATT多边贸易体系中的绿色贸易壁垒客观存在,是合法的,只是不能滥用,并提出了合法对策。同时指出应加速强化与贸易有关的环境法制建设,并提出WTO/GATT需要研究解决的主要法律问题。This paper analyzes the situations that has arisen half a year after Chinas accession to WTO It referres that the Green Trade Barrier in the multilateral trade system of WTO/GATT is objective, legal but couldnt be abused, meanwhile it advances the legal countermeasures It discusses the necessities of building the Green Trade Barrier with Chinese specialities and presents the main legal problems which need to be solved by WTO/GATT
