摘　　要：传统垄断行为理论是以绝对垄断为假定前提 ,这与垄断行为发生的实际情况有偏差 ,也给反垄断带来一些困惑。事实上垄断行为存在一系列约束机制 ,其约束力有强弱之分 。The traditional monopoly action theory takes absolute monopoly as the precondition of the theory,which is different to the actual condition and bring some obfuscation to the anti\|monopoly. In the fact there are a series of restricting mechanism to monopoly actions. The power of that mechanism is divided to stronger and feebler. The monopoly actions that have feebler restricting mechanism are the emphasis of anti\|monopoly.
