摘　　要：根据我国目前变电运行的实际状况 ,论证了建立变电站异常处理专家系统的必要性及意义 ;并对该类系统设计过程中的难点问题 ,特别是对知识库的构造进行了探讨。According to current condition of substations' running in our country, the necessity and significance of constructing substation exception processing expert system is discussed in this paper. And also problems concerning the design of this system are described, especially the building of knowledge base.
