摘 要:研制了一种结构紧凑型高电压陡前沿脉冲触发器 ,其工作原理是利用低电感脉冲电容器充电后 ,向输出高压电缆放电产生高电压脉冲。触发器采用同轴结构放电回路和场畸变触发气体开关实现了输出脉冲的快前沿和低抖动 ,经计算分析及测试其主要指标 :标称工作电压 10 0 k V,脉冲上升沿约 10 ns,脉冲宽度 80 ns,抖动 <10 ns。A sort of triggering generator with fast rise time and amplitude of 100 kV is developed, its primary specifications are as following: nominal operating voltage amplitude of 100 kV, the rise time of the pulse voltage of 10 ns, the pulse width (FWHM) of 80 ns and the jitter less than 10 ns. The working principal of the generator is that the charging capacitor with low inductance discharges through the high-voltage output coaxial cables by a spark gap to produce a high voltage pulse. The triggering generator reaches the objectives of fast rise time and low jitter by adopting coaxial configuration and field-distortion SF 6 gas spark switch. It consists of four main parts: pulse forming chamber, electrical controlling system, gas controlling system and high voltage power supply. The design of every part, experimental results and analysis are presented in detail in this paper.
