摘　　要：冈底斯山仲巴县麦嘎乡附近一套第四纪火山岩是青藏高原空白区地质填图的重要发现之一。本文详细论述了该套火山岩的地质特征、岩石化学特征、地球化学特征,讨论了火山岩的形成时代。这一发现不仅填补了冈底斯陆缘火山弧第四纪火山岩研究的空白,完善了冈底斯带岩浆演化的时空格架,而且对整个青藏高原隆升机制的研究也具有重要意义。Quaternary volcanic rocks near Maiga Township,Zhongba County,G an gdise Mountains ,Tibet are one of the important findings during1∶25000 0regional geological mapping in the blank areas of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau .This finding not only fills the gaps in the study of Quaternary volcanic roc ks in the Gangdise continental-margin volcanic arc and perfects the temporal-s patial framework of the magmatic evolution of the Gangdise belt,but also is of great significance for studying the uplift mechanism of the entire Qinghai -Xizang(Tibet)Plateau.This paper describes in detail the distribution,geolo gical setting,petrochemical and geochemical features of this suite of Quatern ary volcanic rocks,and also discusses its for-mation time.
