人血清类胰蛋白酶含量测定方法的建立

摘　　要：目的　检测正常人血清类胰蛋白酶含量 ,为肥大细胞相关疾病的诊断提供依据。方法　随机抽取正常人血清标本和 1例过敏性休克死亡患者血清 ,用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)法检测类胰蛋白酶的水平。结果　 2 0 6份正常人血清类胰蛋白酶含量的平均值为 2 .2 4ng/mL。过敏性休克死者血清类胰蛋白酶含量为正常人的 5 0倍。结论　本实验建立了较灵敏的检测类胰蛋白酶的ELISA法 。Purpose: To detect normal human serum tryptase levels and to provide diagnoses supporting for mast cell associative diseases. Methods: Mast cell tryptase was measured by the new enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 206 normal human sera and one post-mortem serum of anaphylactic shock. Results: The mean levels of tryptase in serum from normal subjects from Shanghai is 2.24 ng/mL. The level of the post-mortem serum is fifty times than normal levels. Conclusions: We established a ELISA which can detect tryptase sensitively and provide a base for clinical diagnosis of mast cell relating disease.
