睾丸扭转的诊治体会——附4例报告

摘　　要：[背景 ]睾丸扭转与阴囊内容物的急性炎症很难鉴别 ,常常延误治疗而不得不切除睾丸 .[病例报告 ]4例睾丸扭转患者均有晨起或安静时突然发生睾丸剧烈疼痛的典型病史和彩色多普勒动态显像检查示睾丸血流减少或消失等特征 .4例中 3例切除睾丸 ,只有 1例保留睾丸 .随访 2～ 12个月 ,无复发 ,睾丸发育正常 .[讨论BACKGROUNDIt is not easy to differentiate between the torsion of testis and acute inflammation of scrotum and the treatments were often delayed over, therefore the testis has to be excised.CASE REPORT4 cases of the testis torsion had history of suddenly pain in the getting up or quiet time and the decrease or disappear of blood of the testis was detected by Doppler ultrasonic. 3 case of the testis were excised and the other one was kept that there was no recurrence and normal growth after following up for 2～12 months. DISCUSSIONThe early diagnosis and operating treatment for torsion of the testis is only one effective method of keeping the testis.
