摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨如何对内科青年医师进行规范化培养和继续教育 ,为医院造就高素质医学人才打下基础 .[方法 ]参照卫生部临床住院医师规范化培训的有关规定 ,结合我院实际 ,对内科青年医师分层次进行大内科各专科轮转培训、专科培训、总住院医师培训、主治医师专业主攻方向培训、教学能力培养和整体素质培养 .[结果 ]内科青年医师通过系统与规范化的培养 ,使其具备了良好的医德医风和崇高的职业道德 ,掌握了比较全面的医学知识和较系统的专业知识以及坚实的临床实践技能 ,并使具有一定的科研和教学能力 ,达到了预期目标 .[结论 ]青年医师规范化培养应将基本功训练与专科技术训练相结合、普遍培养与择优重点培养相结合、近期目标和长远计划相结合。OBJECTIVETo put in practice the scientific standardized training for junior residents and improve their whole diathesis in order to lay a foundation of bring up the high quality and level doctors in hospital.METHODSJunior residents were received the cycle training of internal medicine or surgery for 2 years as referring to stipulation of the Ministry of Health about standardized training to clinical residents and combining with our reality.RESULTSJunior residents had good professional morals and common practice, grasped more comprehensive basic knowledge and skill, knew every operational routine of specialism, attained basic methods of scientific research and teaching ability, reached to the level of senior residents.CONCLUSIONThe cycle training of junior residents should be standardized, its quality should be emphasized, and important measure for insuring quality is to grasp every examination.
