医院质量管理发展现状与趋势

摘　　要：医院质量管理发展主要表现在从质量概念,管理结构和控制体系到服务质量的深化,从标准化管理、目标管理到医院信息管理;而ISO9000质量体系论证、循证医学与卫生技术评估、病种医疗质量管理、医疗质量实时控制以及临床途径是医院质量管理发展趋势。The development of the quality management in the hospital exists indeepening from the quality cognition, the management structure, the controllingsystem to service the quality,from the standard management,the goal management tothe information management. ISO9000, the following medicine, the medical techevaluation, the case variety quality management, the real-time control of themedical quality and the clinic method are trends of the quality management.
