摘　　要：创伤愈合包括多种细胞、细胞因子和细胞外基质之间错综复杂的网络作用。细胞因子可以调节创伤愈合过程中的多种细胞反应 ,提供细胞间相互联系的方法 ;它们也可影响细胞外基质的合成和释放。因此 ,细胞因子在创伤愈合过程中具有重要作用。Wound healing is a complex process involving network interactions of various kinds of cells, cytokines and extracellular matrices (ECMs). Cytokines have important roles in the processes of wound healing, they are not only able to mediate cellular responses, provide the ways for cells to interact, but also influence the synthesis and release of ECMs. This paper reviews the changes of cytokines in the processes of wound healing and their significance.
