板坯中心裂纹产生的原因及防止措施

摘　　要：本文通过对南钢超低头板坯连铸机生产的板坯中夹杂物的研究 ,结合设备调查结果分析 ,确定了南钢板坯中心裂纹产生的主要原因 。The inclusions in slab cast from the super low head slab caster and the condition of continuous casting machine at Nanjing Iron & Steel Corporation were investigated. The main causes of center crack in slab have been found, thereby measures for preventing the center crack of slab are proposed.
