摘  要:以ZrOCl2·8H2O、AlCl3·6H2O及Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为原料,以EDTA为络合剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备了Ce TZP/Al2O3纳米复合粉。对比分析了三种不同的脱水方法防止粉末团聚的效果。结果表明:当溶液的浓度及pH值一定时,经醇洗的粉末颗粒最大,分散性最差,经醇洗+超声波处理的粉末次之,经醇洗+超声波+共沸蒸馏处理的粉末颗粒最小,分散性最好。粉末的形貌及粒径用透射电镜(TEM)观察及测定,并用X射线衍射法(XRD)分析粉末的相结构。WTThe CeTZP/Al2O3 nanometer composite powders have been prepared with raw materials of ZrOCl2·8H2O,AlCl3·6H2O and Ce(NO3)3·6H2O and EDTA as disperser by coprecipitation method. Additionally, three kinds of waterremoval methods to avoid agglomeration of powders were investigated. It was shown that the powders after treated by only ethanolwashing had the biggest particle diameter and serious agglomeration, powders by ethanolwashing and ultrasonicdispersion had smaller particle diameter and less secrions agglomeration, and powders by ethanolwashing, ultrasonicdispersion and coboiling distillation had the smallest and best dispersion effects. The shape and diameters of powders were observed and estimated, by means of TEM. The phase of powders was analyzed by means of XRD.
