摘 要:考察了曝气方式、填料填充率、填料的结构特性、河水水质等对圆柱形反应器模拟生物桩中氧传递过程的影响。结果表明 ,在微孔曝气条件下 ,与无填料时相比 ,氧转移速率在填料填充率为40 %和 6 0 %时有所增加 ,而填充率为 80 %时则下降。穿孔曝气时 ,氧转移速率随填充率增加而增大。微孔曝气效果优于穿孔曝气。在填充率分别为 40 %、6 0 %和 80 %时 ,微孔曝气的充氧速率分别是穿孔曝气的 2倍、1 .6 2倍、1 .1倍 ,氧转移率分别是穿孔曝气的 2倍、1 .6 4倍、1 .0 6倍。两种曝气方式下 ,最佳填充率均为 6 0 %。穿孔曝气有利于发挥新型针状填料对氧传递的强化作用。该填料因具有较大孔隙率和比表面积且结构呈针状 ,对大气泡可有效切割 ,氧传递系数较大。在本实验条件下 ,河水的氧传递动力学参数与清水相比差别不大 ,河水中悬浮颗粒和阴离子表面活性剂对氧传递既有正面作用 ,也有负面影响 ,河水的 α因子值约等于The effects of aeration mode, filling rate of padding, stuffing's structure and impurities on oxygen transfer in water were investigated. The results showed that, under micropore aeration conditions, oxygen transfer rate increased when filling rate of padding is 40% or 60%, decreased when filling rate is 80%, comparing with that under absence of packing conditions. Oxygen transfer rate increaed with the rise of filling rate of padding under macropore aeration. The efficiency of micropore aeration excel macropore aeration's. When filling rate of padding is 40%, 60% and 80%, micropore aeration rate is 2, 1.62, 1.1 times as large as macropore aeration rate respectively. Oxygen transfer efficiency for micropore aeration is 2, 1.64, 1.06 times as large as that for macropore aeration. Under the two-aeration mode, both of the optimal filling rates of padding are 60%. The new type filling can play a positive role in reinforcing oxygen transfer under macropore aeration conditions. The oxygen transfer coefficient is bigger relatively because of its big void rate and specific surface area. Under this experiment conditions, the oxygen transfer kinetic parameters in river water employed are close to them in clean water. The positive and negative effects of suspended solid or anion surfactant in water on oxygen transfer were confirmed. The α factor value of river water employed is close to 1.
